Indicator	Description and how it was calculated
Graduation Rate	The graduation rate is calculated by the Office of Institutional Research based on a 6-year graduation rate for undergraduate programs and a 3-year graduation rate for Master’s programs. The graduation rate (percent) is based on a comparison of the number (N) of students who entered a college or university and the number of those who graduated within six (three for Master’s) years. The results indicated are for headcount starting in Fall 2018 ending in Fall 2024 for UG and Fall 2021 for Masters.
Retention Rate	The retention rate is calculated by the Office of Institutional Research as the number of first year students returning the following year. The results indicated utilize Fall 2023 to Fall 2024.

DBA Graduation Rate	The rate represented 6-year rate for the Fall 2018 new DBA student cohort who have graduated by 8/31/2024.
